Imposter syndrome is persistent doubt about your own competence despite evidence of it, usually with a fear of being exposed. It correlates with competence rather than incompetence, because accurate self-assessment requires enough skill to see what you still lack.
What to do about it
Keep a written record of outcomes. Feeling is a poor witness; the record is not.
